From the moment your checkout is complete to final doorstep delivery, your order progress is documented every step of the way:
You receive an immediate email receipt containing your unique Order ID and a private link to your live Order Status portal.
Your garment is individually printed, precision cut, hand-sewn, and quality-inspected in cleanroom conditions.
As soon as courier pickup occurs (USPS, DHL, or FedEx), you receive an automated email with your active carrier tracking link.

Man-O-Sphere rejects mass overproduction and warehouse-sitting inventory. Instead, every piece is made to order individually:
Standard tracked delivery arrives within 3–5 business days following the 2–4 day production window.
Expedited international courier arrives within 7–14 business days with end-to-end customs tracking.
We stand completely behind our craftsmanship. If your garment arrives with any manufacturing defect, printing error, or transit damage, we will replace it immediately at zero cost to you, or provide a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Because every Man-O-Sphere piece is individually tailored and printed upon placement, we do not accept returns or refunds for standard buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selections. We strongly encourage checking the precise garment size chart available on every product page prior to ordering. If you ever have a sizing concern upon arrival, please contact our support concierge—we always treat our collectors with care.
Man-O-Sphere is an apparel network for independent thinkers. We believe exceptional artists and graphic creators deserve an equal seat at the table—not a 5% royalty handout. When we release your design, you are an equal equity partner in that drop.
* Estimate Note: Figures above are standard guestimates. Real margins vary slightly based on garment weight, size variance (e.g. 3XL/4XL surcharges), and destination carrier fees. Before any collection drop launches, creators receive a verified line-item cost and net payout schedule for their exact garment specifications.
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership and copyright of your original work. You grant Man-O-Sphere a non-exclusive license to print and sell on official merchandise.
Royalties are tallied on a monthly basis and disbursed via PayPal, Venmo, or direct bank wire (Net 30 days after calendar month close to account for standard transit).
To protect creators and our systems against phishing, external download links are discarded. Always attach graphic files (.png or .jpg) directly to your submission email.
